The BSCO board has determined the current Bylaws are outdated in a few areas.  The Bylaws originated in 2008 and went through a slight revision in 2017.  While most of the information still applies, life looks a little different than it did 7+ years ago and we need the Bylaws to reflect the changing times.  All of the proposed changes will be discussed at the upcoming community meeting on 2/28.
