Teacher Funding Requests Form

You no longer need to request access to your Teacher Fund. Please use the Combined Reimbursement Request form to be paid back after you've made your purchase.

Please use this form to request funds for grade-wide teaching initiatives or improvements (Educational Support), or to request a new Teacher Grant.

We know you are busy and we want to simplify the process of asking BSCO for money. Give us the best information you've got and we will take it from there.

BSCO will need to review your request. Please wait to be notified of approval before moving forward with any purchases.

You will be notified by email with the status of your request. Checks will take 7-10 business days after approval.
