The Beaverton School District is transitioning to using a new volunteer management system that includes a streamlined application and integrated Background Check with biannual renewal. Please follow the steps outlined in the flyer attached to register with Better Impact and create a my Volunteer Page (mVP) log-in. The new user ID and password you create will be used by you to log into the volunteer computer in the office, so choose something you will remember.
All volunteers - new and returning - will need to complete an application and profile on the new system or you will no longer be able to volunteer at Bonny Slope this Spring. We will have the new system up and running by March 14th, so please fill out the application now. Until March 14th you will continue to sign-in as normal through the Help Counter site on the office computer. After March 14th you will be using the new user ID and password you create on the mVP site.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an initial email that your application has been submitted. In about a week you will receive a second email notifying you whether you passed the background check. The third and final email will come from Jessica and Yolanda (Volunteer Coordinators) asking you to continue the process by selecting your volunteer preferences.
