Kim DeMarchi, M.Ed., Certified Parent Educator, Certified Family Coach, and Radio Show Host, has been an educator for more than two decades. She started her career as an elementary school teacher in the independent school sector. After twelve years, Kim went into Elementary Administration for six years and had the pleasure of working with teachers, assistants, students and parents.

Kim co-founded Empowered Parenting, which continues to provide resources to parents today. Kim offers courses, workshops, and one on one coaching to parents, teachers, grandparents, healthcare workers, counselors, and anyone who relates to children. Kim is trained and certified through the International Network for Children and Families in a program called Redirecting Children‘s Behavior, as well as in Positive Discipline by Jane Nelsen.

Kim is a weekly radio show host of parenting podcasts at Passport To Parenting: Helping Parents Navigate their Parenting Journey. She also can be found as a parenting expert on the website Kids In The House. You can also take her online parenting courses at Mom Assembly. Kim’s goal for you is to help reduce conflict, foster mutual respect, and create deeper communication and connections with your loved ones.
